After the initial phone call, we work out a time that works best to come to you to look at what you have. Once we are able to see what you have we are able to value what you have based on current market value and trends. Once we have an approximate estimation of how much the items are worth we will give you a cash offer for what you have, and from there you decide whether or not you want to make a deal. How long our appraisal process takes depends on how much stuff you have, and can range anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, taking our time to make sure the offer we provide is fair for both parties.
